Several years ago I had the pleasure of living in the Kissimmee, Florida, a stone’s throw away from the best theme parks in the World. Every weekend, my fiancé and I would frequent the Walt Disney World parks, letting us act out our childhood ambitions, even catching a moment while sitting on Mickey Mouse's lap. You're never too young to still do that-*smile*.

Even though we’ve moved over an hour away from the Kissimmee area, we still find the time to go back, and why not? There’s no shortage of activities in the area including:

Each year, my sister and her husband stay at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. Her husband comes here for business, but she comes to play, along with my 7 year old niece.

Typically, we spend an entire day at Walt Disney World with my sister and my niece, riding Space Mountain and the Rock and Roller Coaster. We’ll grab a quick lunch at the hotel and head back out to Disney’s Animal Kingdom to take a few shots of the animals. It’s always a long day, but we try to grab a slushy in the parks and keep the action and adventure packed day going until it’s dinner time.

My sister and I love Angel's Lobster Feast, Azteca's Mexican Restaurant, and BJ’s Steakhouse, so we usually hit those restaurants at least once on theme park day.
