Is the Latest Chupacabra Found a Hoax?

Has the Chupacabra been spotted again?

Animal Control Office Frank Hackett described the animal involved in the most recent sightings: "All I know is, it wasn't normal. It was ugly, real ugly. I'm not going to tell no lie on that one." The problem is, for years the legend has failed to turn up a real specimen so to speak.

DNA testing is being done on the latest Chupacabra found, however it's most likely a Xoloitzcuintle, also known as a Mexican Hairless Dog.

Sightings in Puerto Rico in the mid 1990s especially have inflamed interest in this legendary beast whom has more recently been said also live in Mexico and the United States as far north as the state of Maine. Biologists however view this cryptic with a critical eye saying that the witnesses must have mistaken what they saw for some other known animal, usually a sick coyote is cited. I am hoping it’s not another Montauk Monster Hoax again. I want to believe.
