Cheap Tickets for the Best Shows On Earth

It isn't that often that myself and my fiance get the time to travel, however when we do, we look to make the trip as fun and entertaining as possible for all those that accompany us. Since my fiance and I tend to plan trips with family and friends that have children, and we just have our animals, it's important to make sure everyone has something to do.

Believe it or not, my fiance's dad has always been an enormous horse racing fan, but he's never been to one of the greatest races on earth. So this year, I decided to get him Kentucky Derby Tickets. As a child, all I remember my grandfather talking about was the horse Secretariat-the fastest horse to run the derby in 1 minute 59 2/5 seconds in 1973. I remember walking up to the gates and there being a huge statue of Secretariat, and as a child, I think I was so in awe of it's presence that horse racing became a huge part of my life.

I know not everyone has the same experience, and I certainly knew that my nieces and nephews, who already own horses, would not be so impressed. So what did I have to do? I had to purchase Sesame Street Live Tickets and Disney On Ice Tickets, something that would satisfy their need to see Oscar the Grouch and Mickey Mouse, all within the same week. Of course, Oscar was always my favorite to, and I think he still is, so I was looking forward to feeling like a kid again as well.

When you plan your family trips every year, if you do, what types of activities do you do? Since Friends Revolution has a huge fan base of parents, I'm sure we would all like to know what kind of vacations have worked out the best for your family.
