Ever since I sold the restaurants, I have forgotten how nice it is to have one of those commercial microwaves that takes a snippet of time to defrost roasts, amongst other things. Yes, I do have one of those built into the wall type of contraptions right now, but since I continue to do all the cooking around here, I told my fiance that I wanted a commercial microwave along with some other commercial restaurant supplies that I just couldn't find at Walmart.

I know what you're thinking. Why can't I use the same Rubbermaid or steel tool you can find the local supercenter? I was a Chef remember. Low quality cooking just doesn't exist in my eyes.
